WHEN: TERM 4 WEEK 5 WEDNESDAY 18TH NOVEMBER
WHERE: GLENBROOK PUBLIC SCHOOL LIBRARY
TIME: 7.00PM TO 8.0PM
The purpose of the orientation evening is to enable parents to:
• meet the OC Teacher,
• gain an understanding about what an OC class is able to provide for gifted students,
• obtain a brief overview about how the class work is structured,
• learn about other opportunities available to students e.g. dance, debating, music,
• ask questions.
The meeting will be hosted by the principal Mr David Brown and the OC teachers Mrs Margaret Steed.
OC ORIENTATION MORNING FOR STUDENTS
WHEN: TERM 4 WEEK 7 THURSDAY 3RD DECEMBER
WHERE: MRS STEED'S CLASSROOM
TIME: 9.30-11.45AM
The orientation morning is designed to enable prospective students to:-
• get to know the OC teacher;
• participate in activities that will help to introduce them to other students;
• learn about school routines and share recess with other students in the school;
• read sample work completed by OC students;
• ask questions.
The orientation morning will be hosted by Mrs Steed and some OC students.
Students will need to bring their recess
