The Primary Department consists of modern school facilities situated in Woodville Street and accommodates Years 3-6. The Infants Department is situated near the Historic town of Glenbrook and accommodates Kindergarten to Year 2. Our students prosper in a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment that develops respect, understanding and responsibility. We have an effective student welfare program with a focus on social skills, decision making, citizenship and positive relationships. Situated in the foothills of the Lower Blue Mountains, our school is well resourced with current technology, spacious air conditioned classrooms, covered walkways and shaded play areas.
At Glenbrook Public School we believe in developing strong relationships between the home and the school. Parents are encouraged to be active participants in school-decision making and have valued input into the education of their child.
Parents receive regular information about school programs and activities through the school newsletter with opportunities available for parents to meet with teachers and discuss student progress. New students are warmly welcomed when enrolling at Glenbrook Public School via our buddy system, and orientation days. Glenbrook Public School also offers access to before and after school care.
